By accessing this website, enrolling in a program, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("the Client") and SOLUV FOR HEALTH AWARENESS SERVICES (operating as Haritha.co), a business entity registered in Dubai, UAE.

Nature of Services

  • Services are mentorship and guidance-based, focused on leadership-oriented conversations, personal insight, and health awareness.

  • We do not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic services; our mentorship is not intended to replace healthcare or clinical intervention.

  • Guidance may include the use of astrology, human design, or numerology for reflective purposes; these do not constitute professional, medical, or financial guarantees.

Intellectual Property

  • All content, including session materials, frameworks, recorded teachings, and PDFs, remains the exclusive intellectual property of SOLUV for Health Awareness Services.

  • You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use the materials provided for your own personal growth.

  • You may not record sessions, share login details, reproduce, or teach any part of our proprietary concepts for commercial purposes without written consent.

Attendance and Support

  • If you are more than fifteen (15) minutes late to a scheduled call, the call is forfeited without a refund.

  • You must provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours' notice to reschedule a session; requests made with less notice are treated as a no-show, and we reserve the right to forfeit it without a refund.

  • Digital support (e.g., WhatsApp) is limited to brief integration questions during business hours (10:00 am – 8:00 pm GST, Monday to Friday).

Payment and Sales Policy (Refunds)

  • All payments are final and non-refundable once the service period has commenced.

  • In accordance with Dubai Trade License regulations, you have the right to receive a purchase receipt, and invoices will reflect the total amount and VAT (if applicable).

  • If the Service Provider must reschedule due to an emergency, the session will be rescheduled within the service period and does not entitle the Client to a refund.

  • The Client may discontinue participation at any time; however, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused portions of the service.

  • The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the service without refund if professional boundaries are violated or if external professional medical support is deemed necessary.

Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from participation in the service.

  • Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including technical failures, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.

  • Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably; if unresolved, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
